La Loba Inspired Guided Mediation and Reflection
New year, new beginnings. Let’s not forget to honor all that was that supported us in creating space for a new beginning. Come join the founder of Old Soul Coaching, Kelly McMillan, and company in honoring the book 'Women Who Run With Wolves' by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. This event will be held on the full moon of January 25, 2024 known as the Wolf Moon! We will start with a guided meditation based on the La Loba story created through the lens of Psychosynthesis, a transpersonal psychology often referred to as psychology with a soul. Then, we will move on to a reflection and discussion.
Embrace the life/death/life cycle within us all, release what no longer supports you, and call back what was lost!
Please bring your soul, a journal, pen, and your wild Self .
I recognize that this story is called La Loba and the art work reflects that, but soul work and Psychosynthesis is for everyone so if this event resonates with you, please join us !

As the holiday season comes to a close , we turn our focus to new beginnings as we enter the new year. With the spirit of honoring and acknowledging our grief will be casting a series of online Grief and Honoring Circles. This space is dedicated to embracing all forms of grief , whether it is due to the loss of a loved one or a painful transformational experience. As we move through this space we will focus on ways to honor our loved ones or the loss from which the grief stems from. This is the first Grief and Honoring circle in a series of free offerings. Grief and Honoring Circle Online Event
On the heels of Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos we start to enter the holiday season. This can be a very hard time for people that have lost loved ones ( including pets!) With the spirit of honoring our loved ones, while acknowledging our grief , founder of Old Soul Coaching, Kelly McMillan, will be casting a Grief and Honoring Circle. This space is dedicated to embracing our grief and celebrating the lives of our loved ones by sharing creative ways of honoring them.
